We have it all worked out and tested over and over again for you. Topped of with a warranty of 25 years!

1. Vaulted calmness

The floor, ceiling and the walls are made out of reinforced concrete that is insulated. This means that the house is durable, very energy efficient and most of all - quiet and peaceful. Thanks to this the house is also almost maintenance free! In addition - the vaulted ceilings create a unique atmosphere with great acoustics!

2. Truly plug-and-play

When the house reaches you then all the interior jobs are done. The floors are tiled, ceilings painted, kitchen ready to use, bathroom finished and lights installed. Only things you have to pick out are the loose elements like the bed, TV, plants and all other small details you prefer. Our houses also have integrated floor heating and ventilation solutions to ensure a comfy and healthy environment, no matter the location. After installation just connect the water pipes, the electrical input and move in! What else could you wish for?

Emphasis on high quality, organic and natural materials, neutral warm color palette with earthy tones, lots of natural light, functional decor and a minimalistic uncluttered space is what turns this house into a home or an creative nest.

We have three unique house options with many exterior options and a few interior packages. To get in the zone and focus on work, creative projects, or client meetings - pick the Focus option! The ease of owning a new home

Once the modules reach you they are 100% finished inside and out. We also offer transport to even the most remote locations

A simple gravel pad and a few insulation boards is all the preparation you need to do. Total time of installation on-site for us is around five hours in total.

It´s that simple! You just got the keys to your new home and can now spend the first peaceful night or a workday in there.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to get my new home?

~ Once you pick out your favorite option and sign the order agreement then the manufacturing of the house takes us ~10-12 weeks. Meanwhile you can prepare the necessary gravel pad for the installation. Installation on site should take us 5-10 hours. After that you can start using you new home. Its that easy!

What additional costs come with the house?

~ The price does not include extra costs like VAT, transport and the charges for connecting to the grid.
